Fully automated 3Kw reformer for hydrogen generation and purification. Reactors are constructed from exotic materials of construction for high temperature operation.

Multi-purpose reaction system with multiple feeds, tanks and weigh scales. Skid wired to control cabinet for customer hook-up to DCS.

Automated batch blending process

Glass polymerization system with modular reaction, liquid/slurry feed, temperature control system. Units designed to fit into standard 6 and 8 foot lab hoods.

LABORATORY SCALE CATALYST EVALUATION SYSTEM
The system provides flexible automation for four independent catalyst reactions.  The system is equipped four tubular reactors, controls and safeties for unattended operation and data collection.
